Mending Hearts Animal Rescue

Welcome to our site! We are a small rescue based in Canal Winchester, Ohio. Our main focus is to rescue dogs and often cats from high kill shelters around Ohio. We do often get a variety of animals surrendered to us from previous owners. At our site we have 12 acres of land, we have plans to build housing units for dogs and cats soon. We have a small barn and pasture for farm animals. We will be working on our non-profit status very soon, right now everything comes out of our own pocket so donations are needed and apppreciated! From lack of funds we are only able to accept and pull a small number of animals at a time. We also foster animals for other rescues in need that do not have a facility. We try to make our adoption fees as affordable to the public as we can, but a large amount of money is spent on veterinary care to benifit the animal and society.
